as we all know, monday was the release of results for the o levels. and monday was probably the most slack day of my jc life thus far. other than the fridays when we go play basketball after lessons, but then we finish at 11.30 so that doesn't count.

wahahahahahaha thirteen.

you can't blame me for being totally delirious. i won't let you =p hehee..

well. as you can see, i have achieved a thirteen for the o levels. it's nothing short of a miracle - i've never had an l1r5 less than 20 before. prelims doesn't count, i got nineteen only after moderation. so there. and imagine, the entire monday my class was just sort of planning how we expected to do for the results..

my projected results were:
eng: two. worst, three.
history: seven. worst, nine.
geog: five. worst, seven.
e math: one. worst, two.
a math: one. worst, two.
bio: five. worst, six.
combine sci: four. worst, five.
mep: five. worst, six.
chinese: five. can't change that haha.

so i was expecting, uh, around eighteen if everything went according to plan.. not like alvin, kept saying he'd get six, blah blah.. hahahah.

went back to school earlier because i wanted to see ms ee, who promptly told me i'd be happy with my mep results. and boy, was she right.

imagine the shock. wahahah.

my results:
eng: two. expected.
history: five. whee better than i expected.
geog: three. you gotta be kidding me.
e math: one. expected.
a math: one. again, expected. yay!
bio: three. thanks to peter who helped me with this, and guanyu for the textbook x)

chinese: five. what more can i say.

happy happy happy. =)

spent the rest of monday afternoon with my juniors and with ms sia(unfortunately), who promptly quizzed me on
1) how i did for my o levels,
2) whether i was going to temasek jc, and
3) who the hell was the guy i liked in tjc.

oh, and she came up with a new nickname for me. and also blamed the rain on me. o_0

tuesday! i can't believe it. the rest of the world has two days off at least, and we still had to go back to school. i was supposed to go to the beach with john after lessons, because he couldn't go on saturday, but who knew he didn't even go to school that day ._. pang seh~ but twas fun in the end, we(as in 05s29) went to eat after lessons, then went kbox! fun fun fun but huizhen please cheer up ._. yes well. whee~

wednesday.. hmm let's see. oh stupid pw workshop!! i wanted to go watch the drama performance!!!!!! ;_; why did we have to have that workshop!! and honestly i didn't know what time we were going to finish, and dear julian smsed me to tell me 'you have have have to come for band later 'cause your pw workshop ends at 3.15. blegh~' riiight.

thursday, hmm. ah! to make up for tuesday, john suggested beach on thursday. he ended up crashing tjc, and then it rained. strike three. so what the heck. sat in yoshinoya for about two hours with huizhen, alvin, yun hong and zhi long. picture five teenagers just taking photos for two hours in a japanese eatery. right. =) lots of nice memories, and it's nice to take pictures of people, especially alvin haha. he looks best when he isn't looking at the camera. but then again, so do many people. ahhhhhh..

friday! went for band very very early because i didn't have a ball to play basketball with, boo. starting to miss mingsheng, manru and zan jun who haven't been coming to school. and chiah hui and hui ying. ._. went for lunch with julian, kiong wee and kenneth(lunch with my seniors on fridays is becoming my weekly highlight). devising ways to sabotage dr lee's drink, yes? next time just buy a whole lemon, the wet market's just there. hahah.. yes. band was fun. dr lee rewarded us by changing the competition piece two months before competition. well. i prefer armenian dances to alternuances, but i definitely prefer alternuances to gloriosa! but ahh, so much for the voting system, we're playing gloriosa. ._. okay fine i shall just learn to like that song. wanted to play basketball after band, but the way the clarinettists spent all their time celebrating hwa ee's birthday, by the time they were ready to play, it was too dark to see the ball. and next friday we're ending at nine some more.. yay. o_0 i'm gonna try and bring a basketball on wednesday, i wanna play ball~!

and argh my tagboard's down.

kwang liang walked into the band room after recieving his chinese results yesterday. prior to that i had already squeezed out from julian his chinese mark. anyway. when i asked him how he did, kwang liang just went, "sad, sad.." so julian said, "can't be worse than me.. come, let me see.." the look on julian's fact was just.. hilarious. kwang liang had a one, and here he was moaning about how sad he was because his oral got merit. ._. ahhahah.. julian stormed out of the band room with kwang liang's results in hand, not before showing it to vickie and kiong wee. the end result: a crumpled up piece of paper that is kwang liang's results for chinese.

ooh i love my seniors.

dr lee is fun too, though he can be a little scary. ._.

hmm, guess that's all.. gonna strike out last week's saturday entry, feel like such a fool. wasting my time is all i've been doing..

05s29 outing tomorrow!! wish everyone could come.. but then, it's just wishful thinking on my part.

i hope mingsheng, manru and zan jun will go. i haven't seen them in ages and class just doesn't seem right without mingsheng. it's too.. quiet.

haix. that's why this system is so screwed up. you take us away from each other. you put us together, then break us up.. where's the sense in that?

to those who are staying in tpjc: here's to many more happy memories!!
